1. What is the order fulfillment process?
When browsing the SHOP tab, we select the products that interest us and add them to the basket. When we are ready to finalize the purchase, go to the PAYMENT tab, select the delivery details, payment method and click BUY.

2. How can I pay for my order?
Payments can be made via traditional bank transfer, via instant transfers (paypal.pl) or by credit card.

3. How long does it take to process my order?
We make every effort to ensure that the order fulfillment time is as short as possible. In the case of products shipped to Poland, it is 5 business days, outside Poland, 10 business days. If a product is temporarily unavailable, and you leave a request for a product, we will immediately notify you of its re-availability.
The delivery date for Endorfinella Tailor products is set individually.

4. Can I receive a VAT invoice and how?
We issue a VAT invoice at the customer's request. We kindly ask you to provide details for the invoice in the NOTES TO ORDER box when placing the order.

5. Is it possible to make a product on a special order?
Yes. As part of the Endorfinella Tailor program, we are able to fulfill almost every request of our clients. It can be a modification of the size of one of our products or the creation of a completely new unique product perfectly suited to the needs. To place such an order, please contact info@endorfinella.com. Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. At what times can I contact the Endorfinella Customer Service Office?
We are at your disposal on business days, from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00.

7. Czy istnieje możliwość zwrotu lub wymiany towaru?
Tak. Istnieje możliwość wymiany lub zwrotu towaru w terminie 14 dni od momentu otrzymania przesyłki. Warunkiem jest odesłanie czystego i nieużywanego towaru z oryginalnie wszytymi metkami, wraz z opakowaniem, w którym zostało dostarczone. Uprzejmie prosimy o informację na adres: info@endorfinella.com. Koszt wysyłki zwróconego towaru bądź produktu do wymiany ponosi Klient, koszt powtórnej wysyłki Endorfinella.

8. Ile kosztuje przesyłka?
Przesyłka na terenie Polski jest bezpłatna dla zamówień powyżej 200zł. W przypadku zamówień o wartości poniżej 200zł koszt wysyłki wynosi 13-15zł w zależności od wybranej firmy kurierskiej. W przypadku wysyłki w ramach Unii Europejskiej koszt wynosi 15 EUR.
